On this day at around 10:15pm to 10:30pm, we were at the drive thru and I believe the manager was assisting us. There was a man on his phone next to the drive thru window and it turned out he was picking up a Door Dash order. This is a lawsuit on the company and on the driver if someone were to hit him but the manager still got him his order as he got back into his car instead of waiting in line like the rest of us. This location consistently messes up my order, leaves out requested sauce, and always seems unhappy that I am there.
Once again, I'm missing items from my order (6pc nuggets and Grinch salt). I tried to call several times with no answer, so I submitted a complaint through the McDonald's website. If I can avoid it, I'll never return to this franchise again.
