I paid for extra caramel in my frappe. Did not get. For some reason, they were out of condiments. Not too impressed.
This location is not very reliable. Sometimes it is good, but mostly slow and unorganized. I personally avoid this location.
Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru with no greeting or acknowledgment. Happens often enough that this is my last visit here. Stay away if you want fast and friendly service.
