I come here almost every week this year to get a Kids Meal for my child—and every time I see the same thing: drive-through staff assembling the food with bare hands. No gloves. This Not against the staff one bit. The overall McDonald's corporation is failing its customers big time with below average food quality and taste. Yes the old famous saying it's "McDonald's, what do you expect" should not be accepted! The food quality and chemically treated French fries are just horrible from its long standing of quality fast food decades ago. Went for the Big Arch, which is great in the UK, skip the US version. I totally get the cringe moment the CEO had as the mash was almost a flavorless greasefest of disappointment. We ordered ahead and showed up 20-25 minutes later and had to wait an additional 25 minutes for the food @ 1:30pm. The milkshake was given out ahead of time was the consistency of a soda by the time I left. The staff isn't abrest in English, so good chance to practice your Espanol; "decepcionado." I hadn’t been to this location in a long time, and after this visit I remembered why. I went through the drive-thru to order a large Shamrock Shake during a non-busy time — there was only one car ahead of me. When I pulled up to the speaker, the employee sounded completely out of it. There was no greeting, and he immediately yelled “use the app.” The communication was extremely poor and it was difficult to tell if my order was even taken correctly.
