Very nice staffs
The guy at the front counter is very rude and he needs to work on his customer service skills
Unfortunately, this McDonald's have been decaying in customer service level, attention, product availability and common sense. One out of five times a month, there's an issue with my mobile order because you order through the app, and they actually don't have one or more items in the restaurant. They also don't show this on the app or the screen in the drive-thru. And the remaining four out of five times, there's a huge waiting time for no apparent reason, no excuse.
