I only ordered a coffee and whoever made it CLEARLY did not get cracked last night and decided to take it out on me. There was way too much ice and way to little caramel. The manager was rude. I was asking if they had anything gluten free because my friend can't eat gluten and she came back in a very bitchy tone. My friend ordered two bags of apple slices and it took TEN minutes to come out. When she asked about them the manager just walked off and didn't even acknowledge her.
