Got more than half of our order wrong. A spicy buffalo sauce in the Happy meal when i asked for sweet and sour? And that’s after waiting 30 minutes in the drive through. Got the drink wrong. sold us extra fries then we needed. not the right toys that they were promoting. gave us some coloring pages.
Ordered through the app to save time since I’m my lunch break. They completely skipped over my order. Went in to address why the order I put in at 11:15 has not come out yet and they acted like I wasn’t telling the truth until I pulled up the confirmation email that show all the details. While assisting me they kept cutting me off to talk to other guest. They never apologized for the inconvenience and just stated it will come out shortly.
