Had to wait to get my food and food was cold… not fresh
I try NOT to come to this McDonald's in the morning. Sometimes with the morning traffic it's the most convenient choice. The service in the morning is absolutely terrible. There's always a long line because the staff is so slow, unprepared, and unable to manage the drive thru. I was one of only 3 cars this morning. I hot to the window, she repeated the wrong order to me. I told her the right order. And she still gave me the wrong order. So I had to pull up and wait for them to get it right.
