Pretty standard McDonald's, food came out fast, quality was decent and service was okay.
This is my usual McDonald’s, the workers are all fairly nice but on multiple occasions I witnessed one manager “Carmela” being incredibly rude to multiple different workers. When I asked for the owner information she claimed she was the owner and was hostile, she definitely needs to be re trained in customer service and how to respectfully interact with her staff or work somewhere else.
Here to say that I am a regular and I swear to god every single time!!! They pull me to the number 2 for a coffee and THEY ALWAYS GET IT WEONG THIS HAS HAPPENED ALREADY 3-4 days in a row. The girl keeps going back and stills wrong. Also the lady in the second window always rushing. Elizabeth is nice.
food was great but the girl at the payment window (zuly) was hella unpleasant. if you don't like people don't work a customer service job. (:
