Worst McDonald’s in Whitby. Do not come here. - Printers on the digital order machines don’t work so no order number - Ketchup and napkins always empty - Most of the works are more interested in gossiping at the back than helping customers get their order 10 minutes after ordering Go to the Brock location. Much better McDonalds all around.
I'd give 0 stars if possible i shouldn't have had to leave after 10 minutes with no food but I ran out of time for what should've been a quick stop. I regret paying. Giving the excuse of we don't give old food doesn't excuse the amount of time it was taking. Nor does it excuse the lack of information about how it would be an unreasonable amount of wait time. I wasn't the only one pissed over the weight time. Would not recommend this location for 3am visits.
Never fail to make me a terrible coffee. Consistently terrible quality.
Ordered large fries was not full, accused me of eating from it then gave me a small fry but super rude. Need less will not come back to this location.
