We've experienced a couple late night drive through issues, which as soon as the evening manager was called to handle situation, he did so with sass towards customer as opposed to ensuring his employees were properly trained (employee not asking coupon code before taking order & them getting snippy when we brought it up at window, paying extra for topping for ice cream then being told we couldn't at window, Luke warm coffee, etc).
