I came to the drive in, not only were the staff dismissive, rude, and acting like my presence was the bane of their existence, the Oreo Miley I ordered was literally just vanilla ice cream with some Oreo sprinkles. This happened within the last 10 minutes and is absolutely unacceptable.
I strongly warn anyone against going to this particular location. I order McDonald’s often through the McDonald’s app. On my second to last order, I ordered a McFlurry and was told it wasn’t available. I asked for cookies instead, or a refund if they couldn’t substitute. I got no substitution, and no refund. I called this location, and they claimed they’d refund me but never did.
