The new person at the front (audi or ottie was his name) was genuinely so nice and made mcdonalds a pleasurable experience for the first time in years
I waited over 10 minutes just for a frappe. I had already received all my food and was asked to pull forward to wait for the drink, which took far too long. When it was finally handed to me, the employee didn’t say a single word—very rude and unprofessional. On top of that, my sandwich had eggshells in it. Terrible service and poor quality.
I always come to this McDonald’s for a ½ sweet, ½ unsweet tea. I don’t leave many reviews, but the staff here is consistently friendly and welcoming. Great job, team!
Husband ordered breakfast we got our food just fine and it was good until I was eating one of the breakfast burritos and found a fingernail in my food. Absolutely disgusting.
