Placed a mobile order this morning and when I got to the drive thru, radio silence. Attempted to go inside but all doors were locked. There were employees inside. Absolutely unacceptable. Ended up cancelling my order and giving my business to whataburger.
Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. The speaker barely worked & the worker got my order completely wrong. I ordered multiple 20 piece nuggets to take home to my kids and they limited me to 3 sauces. The young lady at the window had an intense attitude and had 0 intentions as helping me as a customer. When I offered to pay more for sauces the looked back at the line like I was being and issue and did not respond. Worst service I have ever had. McDonald’s is not going in the right direction. 👎🏽
Tried the new Arch burger, not bad.
