The person who took my order and the one who handed it to me were amazing! I have never received such kind treatment at McDonalds. The order was correct and warm.
The worst McDonald's in Austin, I've lived nearby for about 8 months now. Used to live South. Used to live north work by a different one, tried to give this one time to improve and it honestly has but it's still the worst. My order is wrong about 25% of the time (it used to be 50%, so it's improvement) Whoever does their ordering does not understand their timing. At least twice. this is hands down the slowest mc donalds for both drive thru and takeout. also the prices are considerably higher than your average mcd. food is same obv.
