The fries are pretty much always warm, the burgers are pretty much always good. I’m glad the food is good! However, there should be no reason I need to go park in a parking spot, or wait in line for almost 20 minutes every single time I’m there! Even if I just order one thing and there’s two people ahead of me we are all waiting forever absolutely so slow.
The worst McDonald’s. I’ve tried to give this place so many chances and it’s always terrible. The manager couldn’t give me a timeframe after me waiting 25 minutes and asking if she could just give me an estimate because I have my kids in the car. We waited 25 minutes. I couldn’t even cancel my order on the app for some reason. wait time is ridiculous and staff lowk ignores you
I was just at the Maple Street McDonald’s. I waited 25 minutes in line for a big Mac combo! The fries are hard and crispy not warm at all. The burger was not even warm! There’s no reason for a fast food restaurant drive-through to have to wait that long and the food was terrible.
