They took forever and the whole crew was standing and laughing
so i went 4/23/26, it was about 745-8PM and the man who took our order was fine! but the guy who handed us our order, was clearly stoned, refused to speak to us, like literally did not say a single word, and when we tried to say he forgot the apple juice for our kids happy meal, he shut the window mid sentence and gave us a dirty look. i feel like a karen complaining but like ?? the dude was blatantly high, and refused to acknowledge us and shut the window when we tried to talk to him.
Max and his team provided excellent service! It was 6am but everyone met us with smiles and help. The restrooms and restaurant were clean, service was fast, and the play place was a great place for the kids.
I really don't understand how this place is still open; the customer service is terrible, and I had to wait over 15 minutes just to place my order. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened— my order wasn't ready until 40 minutes later.
