Waited on a Friday afternoon for thirty minutes for nuggets,a chicken sandwich and fries. That's ridiculous!
I've had poor service at the Mc Donald's Seguin Court st location before but today took the cake. Not only did I wait almost 30 min for my food, after 20 I finally had to ask them to bring it to my table since standing at the counter so long is difficult. They finally brought the food, but forgot the ketchup. When the guy returned, I asked for ketchup, but he never brought it. I just stopped by to get some food. Ordered spicy mc crispy sandwich it’s smells so bad looks n taste like it’s gone bad. My son had one bite he threw up it’s that bad. I mean i had to wait some time in line and then too the sandwich is bad. I don’t know what else to say.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel at the drive thru at 9:21am. There were a fair number of customers so the cashier asked me to pull up and they bring the food out to me. While I waited, all of the cars in front of me got served, then all of the cars behind me, some of them with large orders with multiple bags.
