I don’t know if y'all need new customer service people or managers but something has to change the attitude and disgust look on their faces i get from telling the customer service people in drive-thru “ thank you “ and they look at me with 95% lost 5% maybe someone there and 100% rudeness, i understand if “ their just kids “ but i’ve been in customer service since i was 15 and now im 20 , and have never treated another human being poorly, and not said your welcome or thank you back, and there is no excuse for that.
