Its McDonald's, do I need to say more? Every time I go they constantly mess up my order, and that's at every location not just this one. But this ones especially horrible with screwing up your orders and have a bunch of people "working" that barely speak English. And when you take your order back to get it corrected the end up screwing it up again.
My family and I ate as fast as we could so we didn't have to listen to this guy (must be from the district) berate an assistant manager for not following arbitrary rules. Sima? was her name and barely got 2 words in, this guy was sitting there just tearing her a new one. From my experience in leadership that isn't how you coach or build new leaders. McDonald's needs to get it together! Did self order and had to wait forever for meals. A drink had been spilled on a table and floor when we came in an employee had walked through it to bring our order. Still like that when we left and people were having a hard time finding a table. Not because of overcrowding but because all tables were dirty. I think I'll wait till they remodel before trying it out again. Forgot to mention food and coffee were cold, pies were hot though.
