Waited 10 minutes for a cup of coffee and it had been sitting there for the entire time
Placed my order, went to window to pay and read order back to me and it was incorrect. Thought I we got it straightened out until I got home and going out they still didn’t comprehend what I was telling them. Language barrier is a HUGE problem. I tried calling multiple times and when someone answered the phone I asked to speak to the Manager she hung up on me. Tried calling back and they wouldn’t answer phone. HORRIBLE customer service.
