Customer Service was horrible off the start. The manager was rude when he took my order. Very hostile and unprofessional. The place was dirty just like their attitudes.
I ordered and when I got to the window the cashier man asked me three times to repeat my order then after ten minutes asked me for the receipt and said it wasn't rung up and after showing the RECEIPT still asked me to repeat the order with it in his HAND!!! I SCREAMED AT HIM YES I DID ASKED FOR MANAGER HE NEVER GOT FOR ME B.T.W. Then the ice water was brown ...my husbands food was COLD I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!! WORST SERVICE EVER IN MY LIFE!!!
When it comes down to get a breakfast in the morning, the moment breakfast is open the line should move swiftly it shouldn’t be no you have to wait about 1015 minutes to get your breakfast especially when breakfast just stsrting .You guys oughta be ashamed of yourself and you really need to get it together at this location I know y’all have a few selective upper management who don’t care how you guys operate along as somebody’s there to do the job and be blamed for but y’all can do a whole lot better McDonald’s used to be nu... read more
