If you go at night, there’s not gonna be anybody running the front counter so if you want to pay cash, make sure you have time. By the time you do get your order do you get your order The food is gonna be good. However anytime I get mcdelivery There’s always something missing and it’s always cold but DoorDash will refund you the best thing at the McDonald’s is definitely the creamy chili sauce. By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life. There’s a wet floor sign broken on the floor, trash all underneath the tables. The tables weren’t even wiped down, kids unattended just screaming in the play place and it took well over 35 minutes for me to get my food More than half the time there wasn’t even anybody standing in the front area. From the hours of 8am-12 pm it is busy as heck. I don’t know if they are short staffed, but I’m currently waiting 30 minutes for a mobile order. I can’t get a refund through the app and they aren’t allowing me to get a refund in store. The wait times is ridiculous and to see a GM walk around and not help the staff is distasteful. Please hire more staff or have a system to better the experience because this is happening way to often now.
