Staff is unprofessional & rude. why and i’m ordering food that comes out hard and taste like it’s been sitting all day waiting for someone to order it . & then when i ask to get it fixed it looked at like im lying or told they don’t give old food . this isn’t the first time that i’ve went through this with this Mcdonald’s location. The new front end night manager - he is an absolute gem. Has been doing an excellent job improving the place, especially service and service time!
I have never had a hot, fresh burger from this location. Ever. The cheeseburger is always cold and the bun is hard. It tastes like it’s been under the heater for 20 minutes. I have gotten hot fries The lady at the window is nice
Managerial Staff needs to be destroyed. Horrible.
This has to be the worst and most unfriendliest McDonald’s I have ever been too. They just seem like they don’t care. This restaurant needs new management and gm. I don’t get how this place is still in business. Someone needs to help them because this could be such a good business if only someone cared. Serve fresh food and hire friendly staff. Maybe you would get better reviews and more customers. All I want is to enjoy McDonalds without mean workers.:(
