I did a mobile order through the drive through and the line was incredibly long. I got to the payment window (after sitting in line for 15 minutes). The employee at the window was sitting and playing on her phone. When I finally got her attention to ask her if I could get my order through the window since I had placed it 20 minutes prior at the point she pointed to the pick up window and said “wait until you’re up there” then went back to playing on her phone with her back to the window. By far the slowest drive through I've ever been in
We placed an order online at 10:58, according to signage the location closes at 12 and google says open 24 hours, and we showed up at 11:07 to be told the place was closed and they wouldn’t give us our food that we already paid for.
I asked for a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon with mac sauce added to it not only did i not get the cheese or mac sauce on my burger but they took 30 minutes to bring me my food this is the worst experience ive had with any mcdonald’s
