They're never concerned about front counter. It's always about drive-through and keeping their drive-through time down but we have people at front counter waiting 1015 minutes while looking at you and keep moving.
This is my local McDonald's, it's usually quick and the food is hot!
Everything was going good until I got to the second window. I spoke to the young lady and she didn't respond. When she handed me my food I said thank you and she said NOTHING once again. Looked at me with her mouth twisted up. People like this should not work with the public. And the food is luke warm.
