I don’t visit McDonald’s very often, but this location is convenient on my way home, so I stop by occasionally. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed a consistent issue. Nearly every time I visit, I’m asked to pull forward and end up waiting quite a long time, and the food is often cold when it finally arrives. I understand that busy moments happen, and I appreciate the staff working hard, but it would be great to see a bit more organization and quicker service so customers can receive their food fresh. Clean and quick order turnaround with table service
I’ve had to stop at this McDonald's a few times due to time constraints. It does not matter the day, the people who work here late are insanely rude, and genuinely just don’t care because they know they will not get fired. I’ve never left a bad review, and I understand frustration when people order late, but i sat for 10 minutes in an empty drive through line while I had to sit and listen to them laugh and curse each other out over somebody’s microphone.
