The customer services here is not top tear. I was picking up a doordash order and was not greeted with a positive greeting. I was asked who I was picking up for after 10 minutes of waiting without any employee acknowledging my presence. I over heard two employees say " let me clock out before these customers think that I am working". Customer services should always be number one and good food service should come second.
I went to meet my four year old granddaughter there, and I must say that I don't eat McDonald's. But to my surprise the food was good, fresh and hot. The service was great also.
I ordered 3 extra sweet and sour sauces with my order and when I got my bag I only had two. My thing is if the kiosk isn’t charging me for the sauces and I added them to my order, why do you get to charge me? I shouldn’t have to pay for yall mistake. I called cooperate too. And hopefully they did fix it but I ain’t coming back to this one. That lady know she wrong as hell.
Great place. Food is always hot. Fries always come out fresh. The ppl working here are always very friendly.
