I went here today. Customer service was very slow and they have to keep the fountain machine locked. However, that’s not even the worst part. They gave me a raw hamburger. I had to throw the entire thing away.
I placed my order via mobile app, went through the drive thru to pick it up and ended up waiting 10 minutes for an order that was supposed to have been ready upon my arrival. I've never had to wait for a mobile app order containing 2 cheeseburgers, fries and a medium drink that was placed via mobile app.
