The iced coffee I ordered 1.) wasn’t even iced 2.) was warm and contents were already separated 3.) FULL of coffee grounds! Worker (I don’t know her name) told me that coffee grounds in the coffee wasn’t possible but they were clearly all stuck in my mouth and floating all around the cup. Gross. Acted so annoyed when we asked for a remake. Rest of food was okay but I’m constantly reminded why I choose to never order from this location.
If I could give a negative number I would choose -1000. I ordered 3 combos. 1 was to have extra bacon. It had 1 strip of burnt bacon. Plus no one missing order of french fries. The food was horrible, incorrect, not even as good as stale, much less fresh. and finally, incomplete. I paid almost $30 for dumpster food and had to wait for over :30 minutes for that garbage to arrive to my car. I called corporate while I was waiting. I was missing 2 10 pc nugget meals, when I ordered my food and I was at the window waiting for the order, i repeatedly asked the lady to make sure everything was in there because I live about 25 minutes away from this location, she assured me that everything was in there. I got all the way home and was still missing food. I paid $50 for all of this food, to just not receive my whole order. This is the second time this has happened with this location. I called and called, nobody answered.

Never will come in this nasty place. Floors nasty food was cold. Bathrooms are nasty workers didn't even care about the guests at the dining area. They were only worry about the drive threw window. Im restaurant mgr. And you have standards so do better. Come on south augusta keep your restaurant clean.
