Today at 2:21 p.m. myself my mother my brother and my sister-in-law all went to McDonald's for lunch the manager was very rude her name was Miss Green she took 3/4 of our order and then made my sister-in-law wait which was part of the whole order she told the cashier to only take three orders and left the rest of us wait she yelled at the cashier was very unprofessional very rude and acted like she did not like her job are food was cold and on top of that we had codes for my McDonald's app that was not applied we were overch... read more
I went to McDonald's on peach orchard at 221 pm and the manger was so unprofessional she yelled at the employees in front of customers she was rude and over charged our meals we used a code and our food was cold and old and i do understand they were unstaffed but thats no reason to be so rude loud and disrespectful the manager on shift was ms.Green this needs to be addressed this is not how customers should be treated.
I went for breakfast. I had a saugage biscuit. The biscuit was not completely cooked. The lady that took my oder was confused about the amount of change that I should get back. I had to tell her that she owed me money. Beware these days anywhere you go because pennies not being made any longer and business are handling this situation differently.
