Got the new Big Arch. Wanted big mac sauce instead of the new sauce. Start to eat, and there’s no sauce at all. No lettuce. I was at work and couldn’t take it back. So had to eat it. Almost $10 for a sandwich I did not want. Called for an hour to lodge a complaint, they didn’t answer the phone. Finally got ahold of them, and they said bring the sandwich back. They won’t remake it right another time without bringing it back. Very unprofessional and poor customer service
Worst biscuits and gravy I've ever had. One biscuit cut in half very little gravy , ice cold and charged me over 4 bucks. Never again
The bathrooms are horribly dirty
Staff was rude when I was confirming my order. Snapped at me when I said "sure" instead of yes after id said yes 3 times already.
