I was told to pull up to space two in the drive through. After four people came up to me and tried to give me other orders and 15 minutes I gave up and went in side to ask for a refund. I told them what happened and got no apology or explanation. I did get a refund but I wasted 20 minutes of my life and now have to find lunch elsewhere. I’ve never had service this bad at a McDonald’s before.
The girl working the front and the one getting orders ready were joking about smacking me because I asked for my receipt and the kiosk didn’t print it. No one is wearing name tags either. Upon bringing out the food she was rude and lacks an ability to serve with kindness. Food was cold, fries were soggy. The lobby was/is dirty. I will never come back here and will advise my friends/family to go to Burger King with their kids.
