Multiple peoples orders taken before ours and we were there before them. Service was not good.
Why can't you guys ever get it together. I hate coming here but this is so close. Why can't we ALL have better service here ? You see all the bad reviews, I know you see and read them !!!! Why is there a bike blocking yhe door. Why have cars waiting in drive thru and never say anything. Why is 2026 so hard ?? Forks does not have the best of anything.... it's wild
Not a fan of the new McDonald's. I stopped in because the boy wanted to.
This McDonald’s is consistently disappointing. Even when the drive-thru is completely empty, you’re forced to wait 5–10 minutes before anyone comes to the window. If you place a mobile order, there’s a real chance they either forget it or make you wait even longer while they “find” it. The food quality is worse. The burgers are often cold, the buns taste stale, and the fries are never fresh just cold and limp.
