Skipped twice just to be told hold on a sec. Rather drive across town for better service. Sad that there are negative reviews from the last 6 months. That pretty much shows how much management really sucks at correcting the problem. And I guess McDonald’s doesn’t care about how their business is being ran. Sat in the line for them to say the lane 2 doesn’t work. Sat in line 1 for 20 more min. Now sitting for curbside pick up for another 20 min. How does management keep letting this happen
Horrible service, and order was wrong and they shorted us food that we paid for and they won't answer the phone
Stopped with a friend. A completely empty drive-thru at lunchtime... Ordered two large fries with a request for fresh. ( Absolutely necessary at this location. ) Was noted on the receipt as a 'special order'. Was promptly handed a bag with two under-filled, lukewarm, limp fries. Really? Overall not worth it considering it takes a half hour to wait in the drive thru even when there is no one ahead of you. I guess they are short staffed. But this is a problem now for a long time at this location. Very unfortunate. Wait times are out of control here.
