I sat in the drive through tonight for about 15 minutes. Thats fair, the foods always fresh here and they seem to get it out at a good pace. But speed and accuracy is the goal. So tonight I tried the special golden mccrispy chicken sandwich. I was a bit taken back when it and a mcfrappe totaled $15 but I reluctantly pulled around curious about this sauce. Waited 45 minutes in drive thru for online order. Ridiculous.
I thought this was supposed to be "fast food" but clearly I'm mistaken. I typically avoid this location due to previous conditions, but regretting even giving this place another shot. Drive thru took over 22 minutes, which I could understand if they were busy, but they weren't with only 5 cars in line. Clearly, management and structure are lacking in this establishment, if they're comfortable not being customer-ready.
