I order 15 McChicken and a median Diet Coke after the ladie took like 5 min just giving our change back. They made us waite another 10 min just to get our food and the worst part they didn't give us our Drink we asked and the ladie just said "oh they didnt tell me about any drinks" she left before us even responding we said okay. When I got home I ate 2 McChicken but when I was eating the second one I found a plastic thingy It was like paper but plastic and ewww.
This place. LAWD HAVE MERCY. They need some classes on service and customer skills. The food was great and the only reason I went to this one and gave it a chance after the last time it was horrible..... was because my regular McDonalds i love frap machine was down. So....needless to say....I will not try it again.
Great service and most foods taste really great! Not a big fan of the big arch though, it tastes like a real burger and that’s not why I eat at McDonald’s.
