Incredibly rude, lazy, and ill managed. Tried to place an order through the drive through and was repeatedly cut off, told their fountain machine was down and they were out of orange juice, had to repeat my drink order multiple times, then had to repeat my entire order again. I finally just said forget it and left.
The worst McDonalds out of the whole Tuscaloosa county i’ve never had a good experience coming to this McDonalds they really just need a whole new staff including the managers i cant say to much about morning shift but that evening and night shift are the worst then it wasn’t busy n i still had to wait about 20 minutes for my food every time
Consistently mess up my online and in person order, staff is always rude at drive thru, restaurant is never clean around the drive thru. App doesn’t have the option to get a refund when they mess up and they will. Do no go to this location unless you have to.
