My girlfriend brought this daily double to exchange to the manager at this location because it doesn’t look up to the standard and the manager said: “Its normal and I don’t care” and was not nice at all. He had rude voice and looked aggressive
Extremely rude manager who didn't want to help out at all. The burger was messy and uneven.
Gotta drop down the two stars. Price keeps going up, containers keep getting smaller, and then to add insult to injury they don't even fill up the containers for fries or ice cream. Thankfully in the drive thru today the presenter topped off our ice cream after we complained but then his manager reprimanded him for it right in front of us.
Everything is great in this store when the manager is there. Everyone works fast and smiling. But when the manager is not there, no one does their job. They don't pay attention to the customers. The food is prepared carelessly. They are not friendly.
