After driving over 9 hours, i had a craving for McDonald's but it was 1am on the dot. The staff easily could have told me they were closed, but the employee,Trey, ever-so-politely accommodated my request for an order of food. I was very impressed the level of professionalism and kindness. I spoke to Aliana, who was the shift manager, to compliment Trey. I live 2 minutes from this site, and I use my McDonalds app to order my coffee. I was faithful every morning around 6:15am. I stopped for a few weeks because I was tired of cold coffee, but the other day was my last. Why? 95% of the time, the coffee is NOT HOT. I filed a complaint in their "contact us" but the reply was a sorry, the managers will be notified, and they hope I return.
