I have had a terrible experience with an employee recently, I believe her name is Sam. I was having trouble using one of the ordering machines, so I asked for some assistance, after an extremely rude look she obliged. She was not helpful at all though and seemed to be intoxicated. I am absolutely appalled with this level of service and will not be coming back.
