I placed my mobile order at 6:52 PM, but it wasn’t prepared until 7:19 PM. During that entire time, I stood at the counter while several employees were talking among themselves. At one point, I even overheard a comment about getting in trouble for staying clocked in again. One team member eventually came over and apologized, saying they were unusually busy. Normally a great location, but today someone decided to punch my burger lol
Most days the service is middle of the road, although that night shift is bottom of the barrel. It seems more like a hang out spot for kids and I'm talking about the staff.
