I just used the bathroom, which was very clean and well stocked.
Horrible service at Wilson & Lake Michigan Dr . Can't get the order correct three times. Management said you dont need to come back to this location. We was polite and just asked for the correct order that we ordered .
Don't let their "open 24 hours" fool you. They don't take orders for at least 2.5 hours while they "switch to breakfast". I came a few days ago a little after 2am to pick up a mobile order I placed only to be told they weren't taking orders after waiting in the drive-thru for 8 minutes. Other cars also tried ordering in the drive thru. I asked if they could refund me for my mobile order then and they said either they could give me a coupon or cancel my order and be refunded. If they tell you to pull up, you might as well just leave. Don’t expect anyone to come out with your food. And after 10 minutes of waiting, when you go in, they don’t even remember you.
