This store is a disaster everytime I come here. The line is always long, and moves slow. Ordered on the app; wait 20 minutes for it to be delivered to the car. Order in the app for drive through; wait at least 20 minutes in line for pick up. Inevitably there is always an item missing from our order, and by the time we get home and unpack the food, it’s not worth going back and waiting again for them to fix their mistake. Got a curbside order, first once I got there the app immediately said your order is on its way to you, after 20 minutes of waiting it finally said relax and enjoy your meal like it got brought to me. I waited another 10 minutes and walked inside and still have not received my meal. This is the worst service I’ve ever had coming from a McDonald’s. Don’t come to this McDonald’s.
The cashier/manager was friendly. The order was correct and hot. The restroom was clean... My only gripe is there were people hanging out inside asking patrons for money.
I always eat at this place, and I always encounter some problems, such as receiving the wrong order or an order that's missing something.
Today he treated me badly and with indifference.
