Poor Service Experience at McDonald’s – 701 Chimney Hill Pkwy, Virginia Beach, VA On September 18, 2025, around 6:45 p.m., my wife and I had one of the worst customer service experiences we've ever encountered at this McDonald’s location. I stood there for 20 minutes the workers looked at me but,still didn't take my order. When they did I waited 15 minutes to get my food and it was cold. The lobby was nasty trash on the floor and trash running over in trash bins.
Everytime I go inside of this McDonald's the employees seem to be arguing over something, my food takes 15-30 minutes for just 1 item, and it just seems unprofessional.
