Placed a mobile order and received the wrong items. The app doesn’t allow refunds or even have a help tab to remedy situations like these. I want a refund but I have to go back to that location to get it when I’m already home. Just disappointed in the UI of the app, lack of remedy for this situation. Corporate policy for this app needs to change. Left a review under the app as well but it would be nice if I could receive the items I paid for.

I love there food and service
15 to 20 min waiting on large fries. Go inside the lady was on here phone . Continue to argue when I informes her she will need to address everyone in the window.
