The service here is always excellent. However the food can be a hit or miss. This is the 2nd time I had a not so pleasant experience. Who doesn’t love McDonald's fries? Nice, hot, right amount of salt...and only to get to the end and find hair stuck to one. 🤢 Another occasion I ordered a Hi C orange and there was mold stuck to the ice. Employees closed the restaurant. Told me it would reopen in 30 minutes because they just had to switch over to breakfast. I waited the 30 minutes and the employee then tried to say they said an hour which is not true. So they had me wait for nothing essentially.
Ordered on the app with drive thru as the choice for pick up. As I pulled in I was pressed for time and the drive thru was wrapped around the building so I parked and went inside. I explained to the cashier my situation and waited. After waiting another 10 mins I asked to speak to manager. The manager told me they couldn't retrieve my order inside I would have to get back in the drive thru line. I waited another 10 mins for them to get my order they were even thinking of me.
