Ordered the McCrispy chicken sandwich and the chicken was old & brunt. Bread was like rubber, 5 pieces of shredded lettuce, and cheese was not melted. Charged $11 for trash. These sandwiches should be cooked to order for the price.
Ordered on kiosk was given order number on kiosk but no receipt was given! Heard my number be called but my order was given to someone else! When I get to counter to explain what occurred I was given the third degree like I was attempting to steal! Had to show my banking app where I’d been charged and even asked them how id know the exact order for a ticket number if it wasn’t mine! Eventually I received my order but not without extreme frustration!!!
This is exactly the type of service I look forward to whenever going to a fast food restaurant. Put my order in and within 2 minutes had hot food perfectly executed. Just had an awful experience at checkers right around the corner and sometimes an awful experience truly makes you appreciate a good one Thank you.
