I am very disappointed with the service I received at the McDonald’s on Forest Drive this morning. I requested a second hash brown, but when I reached the pickup window, I noticed it was not included in my order. I informed the manager, and she told me that I had not paid for it. That was not a problem—I was willing to pay for it—but instead of allowing me to purchase the hash brown at the window, she made me drive around and get back in line. Ordered online and did a pickup. The egg from the sausage egg and cheese is green and has a funky smell. What in the world!? This is a first for me. Be cautious people. One bad egg could be another recalled.

The guy doing the drive-thru at nights is delightful and doing his best to keep spirits up, but the rest of the staff have got to figure something out. Lines take forever, equipment seems to malfunction regularly, and I came through and ordered ONE BURGER, and they still managed to move me to another window, make it take most of 10 minutes, and then gave me the wrong order. Apple Pies are already not my favorite, and SO MUCH WORSE after I've started cutting out sugars.
