Never have had much of an issue with customer service besides people not having manners sometimes.Food is usually good. but in the last month i’ve gotten food here on multiple occasions and at least 3 of those occasions i’ve not received my complete order. One time i ordered JUST 2 BURGERS and they only gave me one. Ordered through door dash a burger and nuggets. gave me the nugget sauce.. no nuggets. just wild.
Ok so I just witnessed something disgusting here. Dude in the grill used his disgusting bare hand to touch my hamburger meat then when he saw me he went and got gloves and when I told the manager I heard him saw and another saw he didn't so they called me a liar. I literally watched him with my own two eyes. I'm going to be calling the health department
This location is horrible! From the managers on down. Corporate training needs to be in effect for the entire staff. I haven’t been to this location in over 5 years because of the poor customer service I received. Decided to give it a try and 5 years later, it’s the same. What happened to service with a smile? They simply open the window and aggressively hand you your food. No greeting or nothing. They barely recognize you.
