~45 days ago I used the kiosk just inside the door. It somehow glitched. Just as I inserted my card for payment, the kiosk displayed a screen saying...'This machine is closed, please proceed to the next available machine'... or something to that effect. I moved to the next machine and reordered. I paid and received my meal. Later I checked my card and saw that the first machine also took my money. I ask the management at the store. 1.5 out of five stars would not recommend. I only come here when I’m starving. Other than that it’s a joke from the people that work there to the customer service given to the quality of the food. McDonald’s just isn’t what it used to be. I grew up on this place and I can’t even reminisce anymore because the food is so different now than what it was.
