Went to the drive through at around midnight, they said they’re only taking mobile and DoorDash orders at the moment because they are short staffed. I thought that was understandable and got out of the drive through placed my online order and came back around. The lady at the window was immediately rude when we told her we had placed an order when we got done talking to her she said to pull up to the first window my brother said “yay” out of excitement and she yelled “FIRST WINDOW” in a hostile tone, when we got to the windo... read more

When asking for a meal I know they have as I’ve ordered it before as well as it being an option on the mobile app instead the worker after starting to take my order and then just disappearing told me they don’t have it. She decided to just ring me up for each individual item and so when I asked her at the the window she just said “ I have no control over the app and the app is all new to me so I don’t know” and refused to even attempt to find the meal I wanted. The total would have been much cheaper

So slow! Between drive, mobile (which takes precedent over lobby) the 90 second rule should be 90 minutes. No fault of the workers, it is just a broken system like so many other fast food restaurants these days.

Great service! Had a bilingual server and a great manager who gave me a spoon! Got a tip from one of the servers about some app deals😏 Js for clarification McDonalds is a fast food restaurant not the farmer….this was news to me
