We love McDonald's in amidon but Everytime we buy food they never give us napkins. Very disappointing and even one ketchup. A couples napkins and ketchup wouldn't get you bankrupt. It seems like they expected us to lick our hand after we eat. They need to have a poster reminder everywhere not to forget to put napkins in every order. I just say it because I have 3 children and it's hard eating with no napkins. I hope it will change in the future. Employee need to be trained more.
This location routinely stops serving customers sometime before 3:00 a.m., and often even earlier, with no notice, no explanation, and no effort to update the app or ordering system. Time after time, I've placed mobile orders only to arrive and find out that the restaurant is "closed" and my order cannot be fulfilled.
