Sure they screwed up my order after I had waited fir 20 mins for it. Ordered on the app for pick up.
Managers are beyond rude especially towards children.Note my child was standing beside me the whole time.. Guessing they arent adult enough to buck up to the parents. Gave us our order open and messy. Place had trash on tables and floor. Need to do better.
These folks suck … customer service sucks
Jose is the manager of this McDonald's. The fact is, here in Brunswick, Georgia, whichever McDonald's he is at is the "good" McDonald's. Any business would benefit from having Jose lead their team. There is something about him that makes people want to follow, and want to be professional. People that would elsewhere be terrible employees become good employees under his guidance. It is always a pleasure to do business with the franchise where he is managing.
