Did a mobile order pickup to our car, and we waited almost 30 minutes for two simple mcdouble, until we went inside and checked what the heck was taking so long. Turns out they hadn't checked and thought it was a counter pickup order. So much for "fast" food.
It was quick and easy to get to the drive-thru and exit to get back on the freeway. What I ordered was chicken strips and I thought they were in wraps but it wasn't. It was delicious anyway so hats off to the chef.
Went in at 6:50 PM on a Wednesday lobby was closed, advertising incorrect hours? I went through the drive-through and asked time of lobby closure lady in the drive-through said they close the lobby at 8 PM. Not sure why they closed more than an hour early but definitely advertising incorrect time of closure.
