This place is disgusting. Went to use the women’s bathroom and both toilets were covered in feces. My son used the men’s room and said he thought there was pee all over the floor. Was waiting to order and the girl at the register was dropping F bombs about her coworkers and having to work to her boyfriend who was standing at the counter while another customer was ordering. We ended up walking out.
All 3 McDonald’s in Utica need a restructuring. The workers at each one don’t care about service, quality, or cleanliness. Floor was wet with fries and debris all over, no one seemed to care, the equipment needs cleaning, the workers were texting instead of cooking or serving customers, even the manager didn’t seem to care. Cared more about arguing with fellow co-workers. Waited about 20-25 minutes for 10 piece nuggets and fries. You go to any other McDonald’s outside of Utica and service is fast quick and much better.
