What’s so hard about training your employees on how to make a special request? December 5, 2025. Still no response from McDonalds. EDIT (response to owner): You didn't read my review. I did contact McDonald's to give feedback several times. I got nothing -- no response. Case numbers: 33463651, 33548180, and 34138801. Ordered on the app and paid. Went to pick up my food and saw the order was canceled (not by me).
