EDIT (response to owner): You didn't read my review. I did contact McDonald's to give feedback several times. I got nothing -- no response. Case numbers: 33463651, 33548180, and 34138801. Ordered on the app and paid. Went to pick up my food and saw the order was canceled (not by me). The notification said they would refund my money; they did NOT. I went to the restaurant and the combative manager said they didn't do it and there was nothing they could do. I sent emails to McDonald's HQ and they did NOTHING. Good thing the CC... read more
Your Google listing says you’re open 24 hours a day. You’re not. There is nothing more irritating than showing up at 2:30a after a hard shift to find out I drove out of my way to look at your dark store. Seriously guys, do better.
