So this evening around 7pm on May 25, 2026 the people who worked this shift really don't give a shit about the quality or manner of providing good service or product. The girl taking the order at the drive thru was rude and impolite. She asked what sauce I wanted yet I got none for the nuggets lol then the people who prepared the food half wrapped the chicken sandwiches; basically the sandwiches were thrown in the bag without a wrapper. This McDonald’s on Foothill Blvd in Upland is one of the better locations in the area. The staff is usually friendly, the restaurant stays pretty clean, and my orders are accurate most of the time even during busy hours. The drive-thru can get slow during peak lunch and late-night times, but the food is normally fresh and worth the wait. The breakfast here is consistently good, especially the hash browns and McMuffins, and the fries are usually hot and salted correctly.
