Service was good but the foul language that was being used is really sad for a place of business
I ordered a small mocha frappe on the app. Simple, right? Then after checking in, I waited 30 MINUTES! Went in to check what the wait was, and the cashier told me to wait more and disappeared to the back. This is absolutely ridiculous and the customer service here SUCKS! I watched 9 cars park in the mobile order spots and leave before I went in. I will NEVER come back here and NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle and I took OFF the sausage so it’s a EGG AND CHEESE McGriddle. When I arrived to work and began to eat my McGriddle was sausage and cheese NO EGG. Not at all what I paid for.
Today I went to the inside of the McDonald's by Lowes food... Color me impressed! The inside decor is warm and welcoming while still modern. Best of all I didn't know this McDonald had a Play place in it. Not only is the dining geared to watch the children playing in the secure play place. The dining area is divided up so the sound doesn't interfere with other diners who don't want to be listening to the kids playing in the play place. We will never go back to this restaurant again as we had 2 baby roaches in our fries and when we discussed it with 2 managers they had a aditute like I don’t care.
