Raquel, the manager called me this morning about my review with the wrong iced coffee. She offered to replace the iced coffee and meal the next time i come in! I believe this is a new manager as the previous one never called after a complaint. I have noticed that they're trying to turn things around and have replaced people. Thank you for listening!
Great, unless busy. They WILL ask you to move forward at the drive thru, and they WILL forget about you.
