The food seemed to have been made at least the day before. The burgers were all dried out. My husband got a fish but that too was re-microwaved. This is not the only McDonald's doing this. People expect freshness and juicy burgers. Not anymore! They need to change.

On 9/16 I made a mobile order when when I arrived it wasn’t ready and manager was very rude, however I got in contact with nick who was a supervisor for this franchise and when I explained to him what happed he was very apologetic and explained that’s not how they train their staff and was upset too loose my business and even though the dollar amount of my order wouldn’t change his profit and loss he still wanted my business and I appreciated that.
Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced at a McDonald’s franchise. I made a mobile order got confirmation my order was completed walked in notified cashier I was here for mobile order he stated that my order was being made and after 5 minutes my order was still not completed and when I looked back cook was her cell phone instead of working when I asked for refund manager pretended she didn’t know English so I asked number for complaints she said it was on the door she didn’t know phone number and she couldn’t ca... read more
