Clearly the manager here is not either training or following up on the staff here, just standing there waiting on my food and the lady putting out the food was literally throwing the orders on the counter, it was almost like she is pissed for being there. This place has terrible service. I visited this Mcdoanlds location on Sunday, July 12th, around 8pm. I order a single chicken sandwich through the app and waited inside for over 30 minutes. When I tried asking how much longer it would take, they would just look at me and walk away. At one point everyone in the kitchen was gone for a while. Whoever owns this franchise needs to read this. Your managers are sabotaging your business. The food that was handed to me was cold and appeared to have been sitting for a long time. If timers are being used, they certainly aren’t being followed. The employee working the drive-thru cash window appeared to be visibly ill. The employee at the pickup window didn’t say a single word to me, even after I thanked her twice while she handed me my cold food.
