The nighttime service is great but the fries are always hard! The morning service sucks because some of the ladies there have nasty attitudes! If you’re busy, instead of ignoring customers, I suggest you start greeting folks & let them know you'll be with them shortly. Gross.
Came there 3 times to just get a quick sandwich breakfast. One of those times the breakfast sandwich was cold and I couldn't eat any of it and had to throw away a almost $6 sandwich. They should definitely do better, especially when you only have 1 customer in the dark early morning (4:30-4:45AM). Breakfast Sandwich should be legally warm or hot all around, NOT cold from a food safety perspective. Please tell your staff to truly cook the food. I live right across the street from this McDonald’s and still make the 10 minute drive to a different location because this one is terrible. Special mention to the rude gentleman taking orders for the drive-thru at night. Manager failed to teach these kids some basic customer service skills it seems!
