If I use the app visits go fairly uneventful; eating in, is a different story. The kiosk is sometimes unfriendly and confusing, especially when paying with cash. I had to wait at the counter for someone to wait on me. If I have a question, I have to wait. If my order isn't right, I have to wait. To get a soda refill, I have to wait. Covid changed everything, for everyone. The interaction just isn't the same .
Sometimes its good but lately they give wrong orders and even with a food allergy and I order with no onions they load it full of them very disappointed
