Had a hair in my food, asked for a new one. I waited around two minutes before they brought the “new” one out. It was a big breakfast with hot cakes. It was quite obvious that they removed the hair and flipped the rest of the items upside down. What I received back was upside down pancakes, upside down eggs with cheese on the bottom and top, and the sausage and biscuit were right side up.
waited at drive thru speaker for 5 minutes before someone said anything, when someone finally came to the speaker they were complaining and wasn’t awear their mic was on and we could hear them, we ordered 3 large cokes and she didnt say anything except come around with rude tone. when we get up to pay she hands us 2 large DIET cokes and when we said we were supposed to have 3 REGULAR cokes the worker rolled her eyes and said we had to come around and pay for all 3 again and wait another TEN MINUTES for what we originally ord... read more
