I get that it was close to closing time. But the food really shouldn’t cost the same if it’s old and cold. And dry and just trash. Customer service just isn’t what it should be. I shouldn’t be the only one with manners. Thank you have a good day really isn’t hard to say either.
Unbelievably bad service. Was told they didn't like my attitude when I went into the store with another customer because No one came to the drive through window to give me my food.. didn't get my coffee either. Absolutely worthless employees. If I was the owner I would fire them all. I really don't think they realize that without customers they don't have jobs.
Briefly put my foot on the break of my car to stop for a second and a manager that was outside delivering food to someone, and starts screaming at me from across the parking lot that he is gonna get written up and that i cant park there. Screamed multiple times at me. I was not even in park, and i was literally stopped there for no more than 45 seconds, and the manager was losing his mind, just screaming at me.
