Worst place to order or eat at ever never will eat here again the service is terrible and always get the order wrong even if it is the simplest thing. Waited almost an hour for my food and when I asked for my money back they took almost 20 minutes to get it, and it also upcharged me cause when I went to another one just a couple miles down it was less than it was there
I will give 0 stars if I could. This is the worst Mcdonalds I’ve ever been to with the rudest employees and the manager is absolutely awful. Plus when you contact corporate they never respond to you. These people act like they are working one of the most difficult jobs in the world. What happened to customer service. All they seem to hire here is immature employees with attitude. Can I just not put stars? I wanted something quick. Is McDonald's not FAST food anymore? I approached the drive-thru around 10am, I saw the line was full but guided into the inner lane drive. It was taking awhile so I waited and decided while I wait to use my app and place my order to make it quicker, more efficient. By 10:38am I was up to the speaker, then a young man spoke and said "Welcome to McDonald's, hold on please." I waited. And waited. And then finally was able to give him my order number. Guess what? If I could give a zero for service I would this is an absolute disgrace the employees were extremely rude to the point of shouting at customers I waited for 30 mins for a simple order
