I am repeatedly disappointed by this McDonald's. I know there's a basic understanding that you're getting McDonalds quality service and food. But compared to other McDonald's in Muskegon this one is my least favorite. I have repeatedly been given orders that are not mine. Today they said my code wasn't working I talked to 3 separate people before they realized my order was there but they couldn't make a sausage egg burritos and that's why my order wasn't there. Waited over 40 mins for food. Order was wrong serval times. The workers were extremely rude. The manger Davian was extremely rude. Would not come here to eat. The workers were telling people to get out as they came in.
Fast food fast
Came in at 630 am after work. I used the kiosk and they still managed to get my order wrong. I ordered a sausage cheese and bacon meal and a extra sausage biscuit and they put egg on it with no sausage and my Bacon was raw. I tried calling but of course nobody answered the phone. $15 for breakfast that I couldn't eat. GAVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE TODAY NOV. 1 2025 AND THEY FORGOT THE LARGE FRY AND 10 PIECE NUGGET.
