UPDATE: I just went in because they messed up my order. First nobody was at the front and a man next to me said he’d been waiting 5 minutes for a person to help him. I had to go begging the counter and call for someone. Then when they were fixing my order I saw a girl at the fryer put the hash browns on the frying rack with BARE hands then put it in the fryer. Very friendly staff it seems as if they will go out of their way to make sure your order is right.
Seriously save yourself the headache and go to the eagle McDonalds. They never get your order right and give you attitude while messing up your order. And past experiences management is ruder than the employees. It’s pretty bad when a McDonald’s gets multiple negative reviews.
This place is the WORST and SLOWEST and needs to SHUT DOWN for the good of company reputation. What is the problem with workers here - they are so much slower than Seattle and Los Angeles McDonald's and generally disappointing and less competent. Please do better for the next customer. I look forward to writing a long complaint asking for employee replacement with someone better! 0/10
