It’s the worse location ever. I would love to give zero star if it’s have an option for. We went there multiple times and they always do terrible job every times The worker not really care about customer and give us an ugly look not even say the word to us if the order are go through or not. While we wait for the foods for 30 minutes it’s was a few unemployed or maybe out of the shift with out uniform on walking around in the kitchen area while the workers are make the food it look so unprofessional and by the way in the end... read more
Friday night, 25 minutes to fill an order, understaffed and poor quality. Shift manager needs to be demoted or this branch closed. Gives McD a bad name. Food eventually came and edible...that is why 2 stars. Update....several weeks later to see if new staff, still pathetic turn around times. Waited 25 minutes for several sandwiches and one 20 piece nugget. Ordered a simple cone in store to see if they could process that....took several minutes for them to figure how to operate the register. Manager had to do it. This McDonal... read more
Beware when you eat here especially late at night. Are there no managers?? We got a sandwich that had been previously bitten into when it was opened. The employee asked what was wrong with it?! A new sandwich was made and then just threw down on the table.
If I could give zero stars, I would! Worst customer service experience there ever. Staff literally looked me in the eye as I was asking for help and they turned away, pretending I (or the 20+ other people in the lobby) were not there. I understand they are understaffed but that's no excuse for atrocious customer service. On top of the terrible customer service, the food took 36 minutes to come out. 36 minutes for "Fast food"? That was just ridiculous.
Poor employees are understaffed and overwhelmed. I’ve been waiting I’ve thirty minutes for a quarter pounder. People at the front disappear to avoid customer confrontation
