More worried about window time than actually serving.
I have had multiple online and in-person orders done incorrectly despite getting the same VERY basic meal every time: a plain triple cheeseburger meal, a plain double cheeseburger, a 6-piece nugget and a strawberry-banana smoothie (which sounds complicated until you realize it's literally their only smoothie). How is it possible to mess up a plain cheeseburger? Idk ask the workers here. Genuinely it’s as if nobody at this place was trained. The inability to understand basic requests and lack of knowledge for the menu alone is absurd. Why don’t you bring in someone that’s worked in a McDonald’s to train these people holy crap ridiculous truly.
