The Telegraph location is 10x better. Multiple ppl waiting inside and out in drive thru. It’s never just a pleasant experience in mornings. They give you a hassle when you want to pay extra for extra carmel on a frappe. The food you see sitting in heat lamp for 10-15 minutes before they decide to bag it and give it to you. There were literally 14 hash browns sitting in the heating lamp and sandwiches made. The staff still look around and are unaware of orders, when they’re on the monitor. You can't take an order properly, because you're too busy talking to your coworker while you have people waiting on you. You're mind is not on serving customers. Had to just pull off because it was a bit much listening to her ask me over and over again to repeat myself because she's conversing with her coworker. Please do better
This place is full of slow workers that don’t know what they are doing. Got my order wrong 2 times and when I go through driveway they take 15 mins to speak. DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION
